We understand that in all the market conditions and according to the expectations of the clients they may not be satisfied with the Research Services provided to them. We will refund the service subscription fees according to the number of days service has been taken and the number of days left for the service. So, feel free to ask for the refund if not satisfied with the service. Market is supreme and it changes it's behavior frequently but the relation in any business should be maintained in a well defined manner.
Refund of subscription fee after adjustment will be processed in the bank account of the client.
